We’ve just started a nice series of live performances with “Offshore Horizons“. Here are some impressions from the wonderful gig at Brelinger Mitte near Hannover on September 21, 2019. As you can see we had a lot of fun!

As you know I grew up with classical music and like dynamics and the mix of focused and also open tones. What I like about Jazz, my later true love, is the expression and flow that comes along with this kind of music. And still, I’m very curious and in search for new sounds and inspirations. Thus, I’m also experimenting with gear, drums and cymbals. Here are some pictures of my latest “dreamset”.

Here are some pictures from last week’s Fire Orange Project recording session. You’ll find Mario and me together with Florian Pöschko and Markus Horn in the great D Room studio, where Hervé Jeanne recorded us. Stay tuned until we release the album. We’re pretty much confident you’ll like the stuff!

Here are some photos from yesterday’s studio recording session in the Echolane studio in Bergen. It’s been a fantastic time, we nicely mic-ed up my drumset and Mario’s bass and finally recorded some demo material. A video will soon follow. Stay tuned!
